Dear colleagues,
We are happy to announce that we have opened registration and abstract
submission for the 7th Symposium on Ultra-High-Energy Cosmic Rays,
UHECR2024, to be held in Malargue, Argentina, from November 17th to
21st, 2024.
The early bird registration fee is 300 euros. After September
30th, the registration fee will be 350 euros. The fee includes a welcome
reception, coffee breaks, social dinner, proceedings, and, if requested, bus transfer
from/to Mendoza Airport, and a visit to the Auger site. Registration will close
on October 31st. Details for payment are available on the symposium

A limited number of reduced fees for Master or PhD students from Latin
America are available. Students interested in applying for fee
reductions should send an email to uhecr2024@auger.org.ar, including a
short CV and a recommendation letter from their supervisor. Requests
for support will be considered if sent by August 16th.
We have also opened abstract submission for oral and poster
contributions. The abstract deadline is August 16th. For abstract submission, you need to create an account in the Symposium Indico.
We remind you that if you need a visa to travel to Argentina, please
contact the Local Organising Committee as soon as possible.
