The Early Bird registration fee is 300 euros. After September 30th, the registration fee will be 350 euros. The fee includes a welcome reception, coffee breaks, social dinner, proceedings, and, if requested, bus transfer to/from Mendoza Airport, and a visit to the Auger site.
Registration will close on October 31st.
A limited number of reduced fees for Master's or PhD students from low- and middle-income countries is available. Students interested in applying for fee reduction should send an email to uhecr2024@auger.org.ar, including a short CV and a recommendation letter from their supervisor. Requests for support will be considered if sent by August 16th.
Payment method
Payment is possible through bank transfer. Two bank accounts are available, one in Europe (in euros) and one in Argentina (for local transfers in pesos). Please choose the best option for you. See details below.
The reason for payment should be: UHECR 2024 PARTICIPANT NAME.
After successful payment, an email should be sent to uhecr2024@auger.org.ar and in cc to pagos@ahuekna.org.ar with the following information:
- PARTICIPANT NAME and PASSPORT DETAILS (Number, nationality, expiration date)
- NAME and VAT NUMBER of the paying institution (if needed for reimbursement)
- ATTACHMENT of the TRANSACTION RECEIPT including the TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER.
A printed copy of the transaction receipt will be required at the Registration Desk.
